The Houston Rockets are heading to the Western Conference Finals!
Houston rode a strong game from James Harden, who finished with 31 points, seven rebounds and eight assists. But Houston's role players were the backbone of the win, as Trevor Ariza scored 22 points and back-up point guard Pablo Prigioni impacted the game with his suffocating defense.
The Rockets will head to Oakland to play the Golden State Warriors in the Western Conference Finals starting with Game 1 on Tuesday at 9:30 p.m. ET.
